Welcome to COPWAY.PT! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online store located at COPWAY.PT. By accessing or using the store, you agree to be bound by these terms. COPWAY.PT is registered under VAT number 224643010 and is based in Porto. Our email address is copway.pt@gmail.com. By accessing copway.pt, you agree to comply with these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained on this site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
User Registration
To register on the website, you must use the “Sign in” option and fill in the requested details. The registration process is simple and intuitive, and we only collect the information necessary to identify you, contact you, and/or provide personalized customer service. The website user is responsible for the access credentials to their account (username and password) to ensure confidentiality and must not share this information with third parties.
Exchanges and Returns
The return period for online purchases is 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. Please note that products must be new and complete as received and must be returned in their original condition. The return form can be found on our website and must be properly filled out and sent to copway.pt@gmail.com or our Instagram account (@copway.pt). This right of return is only valid for products in their original and complete condition (including original tags, packaging, accessories, manuals) and in perfect condition. Products that are incomplete, damaged, and/or used will not be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging in good condition, inside a cardboard shipping box. Upon receipt, the Copway team will assess the product accordingly. The refund will be processed using the same payment method within 14 days. Shipping fees, where applicable, will not be refunded as they are external costs not included in the service provided by Copway. Any package received without sender identification or sent cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
